Job Description:

• Handle full set of shipping Independently (I/E, L/C, TRADELINK), Banking documents
• Manage day-to-day shipping operations
• Handle import documentation (import license/permit application)
• Coordinate with different parties for shipment arrangement, e.g. forwarders, shipping lines, etc.
• Data entry related to shipments and preparing instructions for shipping documents.
• Monitor the shipment status and report to the supervisor for progress update
• Provide clerical support as assigned
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• Familiar with handling of import documents
• Fluent in Cantonese, good command of reading and writing in English, fair in Mandarin, can read and write Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office software (word, excel) and Chinese word processing
• Independent, detail minded and responsible, team work spirit
