Shipping Executive

Job Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder
• 4-5 years shipping experience in handling full set of I/E documents
• Experience in airfreight arrangement and L/C processing is required
• Previous experience in C/O application and Indonesia & Philippines market
• Detail-minded, initiative, well-organized with good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and knowledge of SAP system
• Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin will be an asset
• Immediate available would be an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Perform the shipment arrangement with overseas customers and suppliers
• Responsible for the preparation of full set of I/E shipping and L/C documents
• Support on C/O application and preparing proforma invoice & delivery order
• Work closely with forwarders and warehouse to ensure the smooth shipment
• Handle customs declaration and assist in stock movement & inventory control
• Update the shipment schedules and delivery information in SAP system
