Shipping Officer

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above preferably in Shipping or Logistics
• 3-5 years experience in full set of I/E documents and air freight operation
• Solid experience in L/C documents for Philippines and Indonesia market
• Experience in handling C/O with trading or manufacturing background
• Self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented with good communication skills
• Well-versed in using Microsoft Office, preferably with SAP knowledge
• Good communication of both spoken and written English
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Handle the daily shipping operation and full set of I/E shipping documents
• Responsible for handling L/C documents & D/P, FCL & LCL and Tradelink declaration
• Prepare shipping documents such as C/O, invoices, packing list and delivery note
• Liaise with overseas customers, factories and forwarders on shipment arrangement
• Arrange shipping schedules and prepare shipping reports for management review
