Shipping Supervisor

FUNVILLE LTD is a fast-growing Western Toy company, developing its own innovative products and sourcing a wide range of lines to buyers’ specifications.

We invite dedicated individuals to apply for the position of:

SHIPPING SUPERVISOR - 

 Requirements:

• F. 5 or above
• At least 6  years in trading company / manufacturing / buying office relevant working experience
• Good knowledge of PRC I/E documentation & procedures
• Good knowledge of Letter of Credit procedures
• Good knowledge in EU and USA market in bound transportation procedure is preferable
• Experience in coordinating with forwarders & shipping companies and arrangement of shipments & goods delivery schedule in the most efficient and effective way
• Responsible, detail –minded, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrable ability to work independently and under pressure, to manage and achieve tight deadlines.
• Strong PC skills.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Excellent English is a must, proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.

Duties:

• Monitor the daily operations of the shipping department
• Responsible for all shipping arrangements with courier and forwarder companies
• Handle full set of shipping document
• Follow up orders & shipments, preparation shipping documents
• Provide shipping options and preparation of quotations
