Shop Supervisors & Assistant Supervisors

Responsibilities:

-Supervising and supporting a team of shop assistants to provide excellent customer service

-Ensuring the shop is well-stocked, organised, and maintained to a high standard

-Processing cash and card payments quickly and accurately

-Responding to customer queries and complaints in a polite and professional manner

-Assisting with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages

-Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

-Contributing to the continuous improvement of shop operations

Requirements:

-Previous experience in kitchen operation and customer service

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team

-Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization

-Numeracy skills and experience handling cash and card payments

-Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends

-A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
