Software Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze requirements of stakeholders for business process redesign.
• Apply industry standards and best practices.
• Track and report on progress of implementation.
• Identify any implementation issues and resolve or escalate these.
• Monitor and evaluate business process performance.
• Develop and deliver training on business process management.

Requirement

• 10+ years of work experience in business process management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, in either IT, Engineering or Computer Science or similar.
• Good understanding of industry trends and developments.
• Understanding of IT architecture.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
