Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily sourcing on printing and paper products, packaging material and office supplies products
• Manage the whole process of sourcing, product development and production
• Sourcing vendors and develop products according to the objectives and requirement from sales team and customers
• Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate commercial terms with vendors
• Develop and maintain commercial relationship with vendors
• Conduct products & market trends researches from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sourcing and production
• Experience in sundries sourcing is an advantage
• Quick learner, self-motivated, team player and detail minded
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Experience working in SAP system
• Strong collaboration, communication and problem solving
• Occasional travel to China is required
