Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to supervisors in the daily operation of the store
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders in the supply chain to ensure the right goods and service are delivered efficiently
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment and store management
- Assist in handling quality discrepancies of goods and product recall and supplies related activities
- Assist in maintaining good housekeeping works, store safety and security
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time
Job Requirements
- Completion of Secondary school
- At least 1 year's relevant work experience. Previous experience in healthcare industry will be an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications
Compensation and Employment Terms

Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
