Store Development Assistant Manager / Senior Officer (店舖發展副經理/高級主任)

The store Development Assistant Manager will oversee kitchen operations while ensuring excellent customer service. This role combines culinary skills with management responsibilities, including staff supervision, cost management, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Cooking:

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to the menu.
• Ensure all food is prepared on time and meets food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Assist in menu planning and recipe development.

Store Management:

• Manage daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling and inventory control.
• Train and supervise kitchen and front-store staff, ensuring they achieve company standards.
• Monitor sales and cost management and create relevant reports to track performance.
• Manage the planning and execution of renovation or new store development projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Customer Service:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.
• Encourage customer feedback and act on it to improve service quality.

Requirement:

• Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar.
• 5 years or above of management experience is preferred.
• Experience in opening a new store is preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, self-motivated, and analytical with attention to detail.
• Form 5 or above.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, able to read and write English.
• Good Computer Skills such as Microsoft Office.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
  
   

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• 5 days work:  flexible working time - 9 working hours per day
• Perform front-store duties.
• Occasionally travel to Guangdong Province Shenzhen or Shanghai.
• Salary range $30,000 ~ $35,000
• Staff benefits (Annual Leave of 10 Days, Double Pay, Discretionary Bonus, On-the-job Training, Medical scheme included dental etc.)
• 3-month probation training period. If the candidate fails to achieve the standards, the employment will be terminated.
• Annual renewal contract is subject to performance.

• 管理店面的日常運作，包括員工調度和庫存控制。
• 訓練和監督廚房及樓面員工，確保他們達到公司標準。
• 監控銷售和成本管理，並製作相關報告以追蹤績效。
• 管理翻新或新店開發專案的規劃和執行，與內部和外部利益相關者合作。

客戶服務：

• 以專業和積極的態度處理顧客的詢問和投訴。
• 為顧客營造熱情的氛圍，確保顧客有愉快的用餐體驗。
• 鼓勵顧客提出反饋意見，並據此改善服務品質。

要求：

• 在餐廳或類似場所的廚師經驗。
• 有 5 年或以上管理經驗者優先。
• 有開設新店經驗者優先。
• 對食品安全與衛生實務有深刻的了解。
• 優秀的溝通與人際關係技巧。
• 能夠處理多項任務，並在快節奏的環境中工作。
• 獨立、有自發性、善於分析並注重細節。
• 中五或以上。
• 國語及廣東話流利，能閱讀及書寫英文。
• 良好的電腦技能，如 Microsoft Office。
• 經驗較淺的應徵者會被考慮為高級主任。

工作時間表及福利：

• 5 天工作制： 彈性工作時間 - 每天工作9小時。
• 執行店舖工作職責。
• 偶爾出差到廣東省深圳或上海。
• 薪資範圍：$30,000 ~ $35,000
• 員工福利（10 天年假、雙薪、酌情花紅、在職培訓、醫療計劃包括牙科等）
• 3個月培訓試用期。如果候選人未能達到標準，僱傭關係將被終止。
• 每年續約視乎表現而定。
