職責 :
為體驗店提供日常支援, 包括執行陳列指引,系統支援器材POS及設備支援等等
協助監督產品陳列,提出優化方案
為體驗店店員提供現場培訓,支援陳列需求
處理體驗店銷售報告、日常店務報告,協助監督銷售進度等
支援臨時項目,例如促銷活動,路演等
完成公司指派工作
資歷 :
中五程度或以上
5年工作經驗,有電子產品銷售經驗優先考慮
為人積極主動,細心及自律
良好的溝通技巧及人際關係
需外出工作及輪休
良好粵語及普通話; 一般英語; 讀寫中文及英文
熟識運用Excel 及PowerPoint
Responsibilities:
• Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Motivating the team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
• Creating business strategies to attract customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
• Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Ensuring store compliance and regulations.
• Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
• Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
• Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification or relevant field preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in 3C industry, ideally in a retail store experience role.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
