named after the Korean pronunciation of cosmos, a flower that Chef Sung Anh remembers vividly from his childhood memories of a flower field near his childhood home. It inspired both the name he chose for his restaurant and his wish to bring rich sensory experiences to visitors.
The sophisticated taste of Seoul comes to Hong Kong with the arrival of Mosu Hong Kong.
A leading figure in the generation that is reinventing Korean cuisine through the imaginative use of seasonal ingredients, Chef Sung Anh creates a singular dining experience in a setting to match. Adjacent to the M+ Roof Garden, Mosu Hong Kong offers wrap-around views of the Hong Kong skyline, Victoria Harbour, and the lights of Kowloon.
「Mosu」餐廳名字在韓語讀音為「秋英」(Cosmos)，靈感來自Mosu行政總廚Sung Anh童年於韓國舊居附近的美麗花田，並寓意餐廳能為顧客帶來同樣豐盛的感官體驗。
來自首爾的精巧細膩滋味，隨Mosu Hong Kong進駐香港M+
餐廳由榮獲首爾米芝蓮二星的行政總廚Sung Anh及主廚Shim Jungtaek掌舵，巧妙運用時令食材，並注入當代料理巧思，重塑韓式精緻佳餚，創造出獨一無二的餐飲體驗。餐廳坐擁M+天台花園的優美地利，能夠盡覽香港天際線，以至九龍璀璨城景亦盡在食客眼前。
