Assist Superior in daily operation, including rostering, compiling reports and quality control
協助上司監督日常店舖運作之外,需編制班表、編制報告和品質監控
Handle and well-addressed to all enquiries, feedback or complaints from customers
確保妥善處理顧客的所有查詢、回饋和投訴;並向上司彙報所有顧客投訴
Monitor work safety and shop hygiene matters, and follow up improvement work
監察店鋪衛生及工作安全事宜;監督及跟進衛生改善進度
Manage stock level and conduct stock take
管理庫存存量及定期盤點
Maintain brand image
維護品牌形象
Requirement
At least 2 years of supervisory experience, experience in coffee or catering industry is an advantage, with Sales experience definitely a plus. More experience will be considered as Superior level
最少2年主管經驗, 有咖啡或餐飲業經驗者優先及有零售經驗更佳;經驗豐富者會被考慮管理級職位。
Flexible, excellent problem-solving skills. Good communication and good customer service skills
