Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Systems Administrator. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for system administration, troubleshooting, technical support, network administration, and information technology tasks.

Qualifications

• System Administration, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support skills
• Network Administration and Information Technology expertise
• Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies
• Windows and Apple Mac systems, software, and services
• Mobile device management systems
• Active Directory setup
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• The ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with a professional and proactive approach to customer service.
