Team Head of the Industry Chain & Ecosystem

Responsibilities:

Responsible for establishing and maintaining business partnerships within the ecosystem, driving collaboration with partners, and promoting win-win development. Specific responsibilities include:

• Responsible for formulating the overall strategy and development goals of the DICT Center's ecosystem cooperation to ensure consistency with the company's business goals and vision.
• Research and analyze various cooperation models in the ecosystem and propose cooperation plans suitable for the company's development.
• Identify, evaluate and screen potential partners, especially key partners in technology, market and channels.
• Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners, communicate regularly to ensure the smooth progress of cooperation and timely resolution of problems.
• Organize and coordinate resources from various departments internally to promote the implementation and progress of cooperation projects.
• Manage the entire process of cooperation projects, including project progress tracking, cost control and effect evaluation, to ensure the realization of the value of cooperation.
• Responsible for market and industry research, analyze market demand and industry trends for ecosystem cooperation, and provide data support for departmental strategies.
• According to R&D strategies and project needs, formulate team building plans, recruit and train high-quality industry managers and ecological operation talents.
• Establish a scientific performance appraisal system to evaluate the performance of team members, provide feedback and improvement suggestions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above, business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science or related majors are preferred.
• Corporate loyalty, firm-willed, honesty and integrity, dedication to work;
• In-depth understanding of the ICT industry and related market dynamics, and have a keen insight into industry development trends.
• Familiar with the technology industry chain, market ecology and various cooperation models (such as ecosystem cooperation, technology cooperation, channel cooperation, etc.).
• At least 5 years' work experience in ecosystem cooperation, business development or related fields, and have rich experience in cross-industry cooperation.
• Successful strategic alliance and cooperation project management experience, and be able to provide specific cases.
• Team management experience is preferred.
• Excellent command in spoken and written English.
