Technical Manager / Assistant Technical Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the status of repair and maintenance projects for buildings.
• Lead tender preparation and cost estimation for all projects, ensuring accurate, competitive pricing, and timely submission of bids.
• Develop project scopes and schedules to ensure timely and quality completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution and clear communication.
• Supervise the projects based on accepted tenders or quotations, ensuring all necessary documentation and reports fully compliance with local regulations and client requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
• Handle emergencies and resolve project-related issues promptly.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in building services, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Expertise in tender preparation, cost estimation, and bidding processes is essential.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Holder of Electrical or Plumber's License is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and fluent in English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Technical Manager.
