职位描述
Campus Development Office (CDO) is responsible for building project development and property maintenance. Our office provides comprehensive professional services across a vast array of building project types, including the institutional, office, residential, and hospitality categories. Our responsibilities range from master planning to architecture to interior design, covering all stages of the development process, from client’s brief and design requirements to project management and site supervision until project completion. CDO also provides facility maintenance and building repair work to ensure the campus operates smoothly at all times.
Duties
The appointee will be responsible for providing IT and administrative support for the Office Administration Section. Main duties include to:

Provide IT support for the office;

Assist in the office move and set up PCs and their accessories for new staff;

Assist in preparing specifications for and procurement of computer hardware and software to increase the work efficiency of the office;

Utilise smart technology to do e-filing and e-circulation;

Propose innovative means to achieve a paperless office and improve asset management;
-
Manage IT-related assets for the office;
-
Liaise and coordinate with the University’s Central IT to connect the office’s equipment to the University’s network;

Provide administrative support for the office; and
-
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree/Higher Diploma/Higher Certificate or equivalent in Information Technology/Computer Science or related disciplines, with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience in IT support, system developments and smart applications;

Being responsible, eager to learn new things, organised, efficient, hard-working, with the ability to work under tight schedule and perform multiple tasks at the same time; and

Proficiency in MS Office (including Words, PowerPoint, Excel and Access) and Macro are required.

Knowledge of facilities management, Building Management System (BMS) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) would be an advantage.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
