Technical Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle vehicle warranty claims and other issues
• Follow up vehicle type approval work
• Assist in formulating and implementing Aftersales department projects
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Prefer to have relevant knowledge or experience in the automotive trade
• Keen to develop a long-term career in the automotive industry
• A valid driving license
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
