Technical Specialist / IT Officer

Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on setup, maintenance and monitoring the network and servers
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot on IT-related problems
- Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required

Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in implementing and administering network infrastructure including Firewalls, Routers, Switches etc
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac
- Knowledge in Linux and cloud infrastructure is a plus
- Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently and work under pressure with tight timelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
