Technical Support (IT)

Job Description:
 

• Provide help desk services to users and handle users' enquiry.
• Install and maintain LAN & WAN networks, hardware and software.
• Provide technical support on hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot servers, network, and end-user PC technical issues.

Requirement:
 

• Diploma in Information Technology and 2 years IT working experience.
• Knowledge in Windows O/S and TCP/IP network configuration and administration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft O365 and common office applications.
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written Cantonese and English.
