- Provide help desk services to users and handle users' enquiry.
- Install and maintain LAN & WAN networks, hardware and software.
- Provide technical support on hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot servers, network, and end-user PC technical issues.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Information Technology and 2 years IT working experience.
- Knowledge in Windows O/S and TCP/IP network configuration and administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft O365 and common office applications.
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written Cantonese and English.
