Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations, Employee Compensation Insurance
  • Hardworking, detail-minded and well-organized
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must maintain confidentiality and a strong sense of responsibility

Responsibilities:

  • To perform all-round HR functions including recruitment and selection, on-boarding and orientation, benefits and compensation, performance management, training, tardiness administration, formulate and implement HR related policies; 
  • To maintain accurate attendance and leave records
  • Prepare and update various HR-related reports and records
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects in a fast-growing organization
