Territory Manager (Medical / Pharmaceutical)

We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our team and drive sales revenue growth while nurturing customer relationships within a designated geographical area.

As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, utilizing your exceptional organizational and sales skills. Responsibilities

• Create and implement business plans and tactical strategies for the territories.
• Manage geographic territory to achieve individual, territory and company goals for sales, market share, call metrics, appropriate sample distribution, etc.
• Manage daily sales call activity according to defined expectations, with the purpose of influencing customers and building and driving product sales
• Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
• Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
• Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
• Assess sales performance according to KPIs
• Monitor competition within assigned region

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Life Sciences
• Minimum 6+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
• Strong negotiation & decision-making skills
• Strong process facilitation, problem solving and analytical thinking abilities to make sound business decisions on a day-to-day basis.
• Strong focus on providing customers with superior support and service
• Strong planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and working proficiency at an advanced level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
