Total Ticketing Limitedis Hong Kong’s leading digital ticketing company selling tickets for a wide range of events across Asia through our in-house developed Enterprise Ticketing System (ETS) on www.ticketflap.com. We also provide our ETS solution to companies and organisations across the globe who produce, promote, and run events and attractions, including integrated resorts, concert promoters, theatre companies, and sports organisations.
We are looking for Ticketing Operation Officer/Senior officer to join our team, whose mission is to deploy and configure our Ticketing Platform, to deliver on-site ticketing operations for high-visibility world-class events, and to foster the adoption of our solution. You will work with many of Hong Kong’s biggest and most prestigious concerts, festivals and sports events and experience the ultimate thrill of seeing thousands of spectators benefit from the results of your work. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-divisional internal teams across multiple geographies. You will report to our Operations Manager in Hong Kong.
Your role
· To monitor CMS operations(B2B) and technical support for the online ticketing system
· Create and update event configurations in the online ticketing system
· Build strong relationships to maintain outstanding client satisfaction and retention
· Liaise with clients and external parties (event organiser or agency) for on-site operations (Concerts and Music Festivals)
· On-site support for the events
· Working closely with internal parties and external on handling all issues relating to ticket sales;
· System testing
· Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by the management

Skills and Experience Required
· Possess a higher diploma or above in any discipline;
· have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in ticketing, customer service or front-of-house operation;
· be patient, customer-oriented, detail-minded and have a strong sense of responsibility;
· be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
