Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with external course providers in planning and arranging training courses to staff in fulfilling regulatory requirements of various technical and professional fields.
  • Assist in recruitment, including vetting candidates, arranging interviews, and employee orientation
  • Assist in training event coordination for in-house training programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, and documentation.
  • Handle queries from staff related to training & development events, policies and procedures.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Human Resources Management/Administration or equivalent, with 1 year working experience in training or administration works. 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Responsible, good interpersonal skills, willing to learn and self-motivated
  • Well-organized, systematic and detail-minded.
