Travel Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Perform jobs according to the instructions provided by the supervisors
• Answer customers’ enquiry about travel-related information such as flight schedule, air fares and routes, etc; as well as promote the suitable products and services to them
• Make air-tickets and hotel reservation according to customers’ requirement; process and follow customers’ bookings
• Examine flight schedules and hotel facilities, and update the related information
• Issues and check tickets, vouchers and other documents
• Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor

Job Specification

• Senior Secondary Level (HKCEE/HKDSE) or above
• 3 years of related working experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• olite, good telephone manner and customer-oriented
• Willing to work on shift basis as request
