(Urgent) Project Manager/ Business Systems Analyst (on site West Kowloon)

We are looking for a Project Manager/ Business Systems Analyst to join our client’s fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating communication and collaboration between users, IT teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conducting a thorough analysis of business and system flows to identify opportunities for improvement with documentation.
• Liaising with external service providers to ensure the applications and operations comply with IT policies and standards.
• Participating in system testing, user acceptance testing, and change management activities to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption.
• Providing training and routine support on systems and processes to end users.
• Participating in ERP revamp project including requirement study, testing, system configuration, training and documentation.

Requirements:

• Possess a recognised degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst or in a similar role in financial field.
• Have at least 5 years of hands-on functional experience supporting Oracle EBS Financial modules (AR, AP, GL, CM, FA), including 5 years supporting EBS 12.2+.
• Have solid experience setting up new company in EBS Financial.
• Have solid experience in ERP migration from Oracle EBS to another tier 1 ERP application (e.g. SAP, Dynamics).
• Possess certification of Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2).
• Possess a professional qualification of CPA, ACCA or CFA is an advantage.
• Proven team player with a mature and positive attitude.
• Be proficient in written & spoken English and spoken Cantonese.
