Valuer/Assistant Valuer

We are now seeking a well-qualified high-calibre person to join us:

Job Descriptions:
- Assist in the valuation projects for various purposes such as litigation, audit, taxation, due diligence, independent valuations;
- Planning and land administration matters such as land exchange, waiver application and S.16 application;
- Compensation assessments and negotiations in land resumptions / URA acquisitions / Cap. 545 Compulsory Sales cases;
- Develop and maintain client relationship

Job requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Asso. Degree / Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines;
- Experience in property valuation and market research of Hong Kong property market is highly preferred, fresh graduate will be considered;
- Able to work independently with good analytical, communication and presentation skills;
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Windows, Outlook and MS Office
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Associate Director
