Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team at SPL Lighting (Hong Kong) Company Limited in Chai Wan Eastern District. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficient and organised operations of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth distribution of our high-quality lighting products. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to be part of a growing company with a strong focus on quality and customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Receive, inspect, and record the arrival of incoming shipments
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner
• Assist in the organisation and maintenance of the warehouse, including stock rotation, labeling, and inventory management
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Proficient in the use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Proficient in PC operations such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Chinese word processing etc
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset
• A commitment to workplace safety and following standard operating procedures
