Warehouse Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

 Daily works include, but not limited to:
 

• Supervise the whole warehouse operations (including Cold Store) and utilize storage capacity ;
• Control and monitor the work orders of local distribution, loading/unloading plan & picking/releasing ;
• Implement manpower planning and forecasting for warehouse ;
• Closely monitor the performance of sub-contractors associated with the warehousing function ;
• Prepare monthly reports and KPI records ;
• Ensure the current procedures are under company standard and ISO requirement ;
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• 5 years or above relevant experience in 3PL logistics / warehouse fields with at least 2 years in supervisory level ;
• Has working experience in cold store / food industry is preferred;
• HKCEE / HKDSE or above ;
• Familiar with MS Excel, English and Chinese typing;
• Good communication skills;
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Supervisor.
