Web Programmer

Principal Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Manage the overall structure, design, and functionality of the company website using PHP, JavaScript, MySQL and WordPress
• Integrate and manage third-party tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Braze, and Segment
• Monitor website performance, analyze user data, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates
• Develop and implement creative, engaging website content and campaigns to drive traffic and meet marketing objectives
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across the website
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or bugs on the website in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices
• Document website processes and train other team members on website management as needed

Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience Job Holder should have:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Web Programmer, Website Administrator, Web Developer, or a similar role
• Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, MySQL and WordPress for website development and maintenance
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Expertise in using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for data tracking and analysis
• Familiarity with Braze and Segment for customer engagement and data integration
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address website issues
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and implement innovative website solutions
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Great written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• A portfolio showcasing relevant projects and experience is preferred
