Quantity Surveyor

You will be responsible for: 

• Work closely with and support the project teams for contract administration
• Prepare interim payment application, valuation of variations, claims and follow up
• Lead and co-ordinate project final account discussion with clients
• Provide contractual advice during tendering / project execution
• Follow up internal tasks/ procedures related to billing and cost forecasting by using SAP business reporting tools

We expect you to have:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Engineering or related discipline
• Min 3-4 years’ experience in construction industry
• Self-motivated, initiative and can work independently 
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications e.g. Excel, Word
