Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Brand Team to plan and formulate marketing strategies with the alignment of business and branding objectives
• Manage and maintain all promotion channels to optimize brand image, roll out comprehensive social media campaigns and develop content on social media
• Data analysis on social media and search for market insights to facilitate the growth of business
• Communicate key brand marketing initiatives effectively and follow up with internal and external partners to ensure implementation and measurement
• Organize the overseas and local trade show

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or other related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience with supervisory or managerial level, preferably with exposure in FMCG industry
• Proven track record of planning and managing social media and marketing campaign
• High-level of business acumen, outstanding analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Creative, self-motivated with high degree of ownership and able to work under high pressure
• A relationship-builder and team player with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
