巿場營運主任 Marketing & Operation Officer

職責 Responsibilities：
 

• 負責日常網店運營，包括管理網站內容或更新、產品描述、產品圖片、定價及促銷活動資料
  Responsible for daily eCommerce operations include managing website content or update, product descriptions, product photo, pricing and promotional materials
• 製作社交媒體內容（如 Facebook、Instagram、小紅書、Whatsapp）及電子郵件行銷內容以推廣公司產品
  Prepare social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Whatsapp) and EDM content to promote company products
• 執行線上和線下的行銷策略及推廣活動
  Execute marketing strategies and promotion plans for online and offline
• 與設計師緊密溝通合作，製作吸引人的促銷資料
  Collaborate with designers to create attractive promotional materials
• 參與實體活動的策劃和執行
  Participate in the planning and execution of offline events
• 處理客戶服務查詢並協助製作報告
  Handle customer service enquiries & assist reporting
• 支援零售店日常運營，包括店內商品展示、庫存管理及收銀等
  Support retail store daily operations, including visual merchandising, stock keeping and cashiering etc
• 處理管理層分配的臨時項目或職責
  Handle any ad-hoc projects or duties assigned from management

要求 Requirements:

• 至少 1 年電子商務、數碼行銷或相關領域經驗
  At least 1 year experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or alike
• 良好的中英文書寫能力，並能流利使用普通話和廣東話
  Good command of written Chinese & English, and proficiency in spoken Mandarin and Cantonese
• 具管理電子商務平台的經驗（例如：Shopline、Shopify、Wix、Woocommerce、eBay、HKTVMall、Amazon 等）
  Experience in managing eCommerce Platform (e.g. Shopline, Shopify, Wix, Woocommerce, eBay, HKTVMall, Amazon etc.)
• 有社交媒體管理經驗（例如：Facebook、Instagram、小紅書）者優先
  Experience with social media management (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu) is a plus
• 具備 SEO、SEM、Google AdWords、Google Analytics 和 Facebook Ads Manager 知識者優先
  Knowledge in SEO, SEM, Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager is an advantage
• 具備多媒體編輯應用程式或 AI 輔助軟件的基礎修圖、文案編寫和短片製作經驗
  Knowledge and experience in Multimedia Editing Apps or AI-assisted software for basic photo editing, copywriting, and short video production
• 良好溝通能力及富責任感
  Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility 
• 具備自我管理能力，注重細節，並確保所分配任務的全面性、準確性和一致性。
  Self-managed and pay great attention to detail, and make sure the thoroughness, accuracy and consistency of the assigned tasks
• 思維開放，並對學習新趨勢和技術充滿熱情
  Open-minded and excited to learn new trends and technologies
