Construction Foreman (1-Year Contract)

Key Tasks:

• Support the Project Team to carry out project defect rectification tasks
• Follow up on project deliverables
• Identify defective construction work and manage defects rectification progress
• Manage subcontracted works, including arrangement of subcontractors, planning and execution of work
• Collaborate with the Operation Team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for material ordering/replacement of parts when necessary
• Maintain proper records and control register, including Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS)
• Other ad hoc duties

Requirement:

• Higher Certificate / Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Completion of Qualifying Site Supervisor as Technically Competent Person is an advantage
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A or above preferred
• At least 5 years of work experience in construction E&M contracts
• Proficient in site works supervision, inspection and coordination
