Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including e-commerce, email, social media, paid advertising, blogs, website and content marketing to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement tailored to the beauty and health sector.

-Manage and optimize our company and products’ social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analysing engagement metrics.

-Responsible for developing and executing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Other Social Media Ads to drive lead generation and brand awareness

-Develop long-term relationship with KOLs, influencers and affiliates to enhance products awareness.

-SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic.

-Email Marketing: Plan and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain engagement with existing customers.

-Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-Commerce and social media.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, FB, IG, Tiktok and other social media platforms.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Social Media).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Other European language proficiency skills will be added advantage.
• Experience with graphic design and video editing tools will be added advantage.
• Experience in WooCommerce will be added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
