Senior Accountant

The position will manage Accounts Payable processes and ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors. Additionally, the role involves generating management reports and assisting in month-end closing to provide valuable financial insights, utilizing ERP systems for efficient data management, and supporting treasury functions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Accounts Payable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor relationship management.
• Generate accurate and timely management reports and month-end closing, analyzing financial data to support decision-making.
• Utilize ERP systems to ensure efficient and accurate financial data management and reporting.
• Assist in treasury functions, including cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and monitoring financial transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable, management reporting, ERP systems, and treasury functions.
• Qualified member of CPAA/ ACCA/ HKICPA is preferred but not a must.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proactive, energetic, self-starter, detail-oriented, and a great team player.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
