职位描述

  • Handle full set of import/export shipping documents and booking procedures
  • Issue invoice, packing list and shipment arrangement
  • Complete Shipment Advice with full set of docs for head offices
  • Responsible for outbound shipments, Liaise Asia suppliers/factories with freight forwarder for delivery arrangement
  • Prepare and manage deposit and invoice payment for each sales contract and shipment
  • Communicate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation
  • Assist in coordinating with suppliers, forwarder and head offices
  • Assist in banking transactions like negotiation, etc.
  • Handle overseas customer’s enquiries.
  • Visiting China for inspection as and when required.
  • Handle customs declaration and bank documents
  • Provide clerical support for ad-hoc tasks
  • Coordination with group supply chain functions for any support related to documentation preparation and compliance.
  • Coordination with Finance and Accounts department for financial issues (i.e.: money transfer, fund management, LC etc).
  • Coordinate with statutory bodies and other agencies to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Coordination with customers and vendors.

Additional Requirement:

  • English, Cantonese  and Mandarin speaking and writing fluency are necessary.
  • Thorough knowledge in commercial functions & office administration.
  • Knowledge on steel making consumables & equipment shall be preferred.

Permanent residence of HK are eligible.
