BAYARD PRESSE is looking for a Marketing Specialist who can
· Think strategically about how to increase leads and sales through a variety of channels including website, digital marketing initiatives, newsletter, social media, print and partnerships.
· Manage and leverage on customer information in our database to generate sales.
· Develop and integrate digital technologies especially social media channels in the implementation and execution of the sales and marketing strategy.
· Manage agency relationships (when applicable) for social media and other marketing and sales work.
· Help plan print and online advertising, including placement, cost and design.
· Maintain website information and make sure product information is up-to-date.
The ideal candidate will have :
· 5+ years’ experience working in sales and marketing.
· Someone with proven experience in sales and marketing including planning and executing with key goals and strategies in mind.
· Experience researching, selecting and working with digital sales and marketing tools in their sales process.
· Have a demonstrated ability to manage details, think outside the box, and work in a cross-cultural environment
· A self-starter with proven decision making and problem-solving ability.
· Constantly thinking about whether there is a more efficient way to do things, willing to propose crazy ideas and try new things.
· Experience working with a variety of technologies including CRM, WordPress, and sales software and database and information technology systems. Any experience implementing and integrating systems even better.
· The candidate is expected to work independently in driving results and, at the same time, be a team player that can work closely within the team and with other regional and/or global organizations as appropriate.
