Marketing / PR Executive

Job Scope

• Coordinate with the team to develop PR and event concepts, themes, and agendas.
• Assist to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Support to manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual equipment.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
• Assist to execute projects including small to large scale events, marketing campaigns, design and production projects.
• Provide on-site event management, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
• Manage post-event activities, including follow-up communications, evaluations, and budget reconciliation.

Requirement

• 1 -2 year experience in event / marketing / PR agency is preferred; fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
• Friendly, flexible and able to work as a team player with a professional approach to work.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attend to details and organized practice.
• Highly responsive & Quick learner.
• Good writing and communication skills in Chinese (Proficiency in English will be an advantage)
• Immediately available is desirable.
