Store Manager

Job Decription

• Closely follow existing Clients, proactively recruit new Clients, leveraging the different clienteling tools to engage and build long term Client relationship; manage a wide portfolio of potential Clients.
• Provide expertise and comprehensive advice on your product category to Clients (whether style related or technical), assess the Client's style and match with product recommendations.
• Be a point of reference on  jewelry category in store, sharing passion for the product and inspiring others.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales plan
• Assist in stock take
• Perform activities to assist in completing monthly audit checklist
• Ensure store is properly maintained

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Pleasant, self-motivated, energetic with good interpersonal skills and attentive to details.
• Fluent in Canto
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Client Adv
