工作職責
Draft and refine corporate documents, including official correspondence, speeches, reports, and other business-related content, ensuring accuracy and professionalism;
負責撰寫公司各類專項公文、會議發言稿、報告及其他行政文案,確保內容準確、專業且符合規範;
Develop, revise, and optimize company administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency;
編制、修訂公司各項行政管理制度,持續優化流程以提升運營效率;
Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution;
組織籌備公司專項會議,包括議程安排、材料準備、會議記錄及紀要撰寫,並跟進決議事項的落實;
Liaise with internal departments and external organizations to track and facilitate project progress and administrative matters;
負責公司內部各部門及外部合作單位的溝通協調,跟蹤專案進度並確保事項及時辦結;
Manage company records, including system data entry and maintenance, document circulation, seal (stamp) management, and archival filing;
維護公司專項系統資料錄入與更新,統籌公文流轉、用印審核及檔案歸檔管理,確保資料完整性與保密性;
Handle ad hoc tasks and support leadership with special projects as assigned.
靈活應對領導交辦的臨時性任務,協助公司專項工作的推進與執行。
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Chinese, History, Philosophy, Journalism, or related fields;
- At least 3 Years or above administration, executive assistance, or a relevant working experience;
- Meticulous, proactive, and strong sense of responsibility;
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills;
- Familiar with MS Office with practical Excel skills; Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese;
