Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Surveying / Building Studies or construction related discipline. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in quantity surveying.
• Able to perform the duties in all aspects of quantity surveying including administration of main contracts and sub-contracts, cost control and budgeting, materials procurement and handling contractual matters.
• Able to carry out estimating and to assist the procurement department in preparation of tender submission and procurement of sub-contracts.
• Candidate with less experience and/or qualification will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English
• Highly self-motivated and independent, good communication and interpersonal skills
