A typical day in this role:

• Responsible for cost estimation, tender documentation and variation measurements
• Assist in administration of contracts, payment claims and settlement of final accounts

About you:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying/ Building Studies or equivalent
• Minimum 2 year of relevant experience
• Sound knowledge in interior fit-out / retail fixtures projects
• Proficiency level in MS Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Hardworking and able to work independently under minimum supervision
• Occasional travel to PRC is necessary
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor Trainee
