Dorway Garments Ltd. has been in the garment industry for 40 years. We are a manufacturing service provider for garments for customers in the US and Europe. Our business spans across Hong Kong, Mainland China and Vietnam.

Qualifications & experience

• HKCEE/ DSE, LCCI or diploma in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years or above experience in finance and accounting, with background in garment/manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience in treasury function is an advantage.
• Knowledge in Accounting system is preferred. (Especially with Quickbooks). Proficiency with general computing and MS Excel.
• Out-going, good communication & interpersonal skill.
• Flexible, able to work under pressure and attentive to details.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Immediately availability is preferred.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts and assist in group reporting and consolidation. Assist in dealing with statutory audit and tax filing.
• Monitor and manage daily cash positions, including forecasting cash flows and maintaining adequate liquidity levels.
• Preparation, entry and filing of vouchers. Arranging payments and remittances for daily operations. (garments and properties management sector)
• Prepare analytic reports for budget planning on core garments business.
• Perform cashier function and office administrative work, including salary payment, MPF etc.
• Work collaboratively with various teams of overseas staff and occasional travelling is required.
• Assist in communicating with banking institutions to arrange for banking facilities.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment, as and when required.
