Supply Chain Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Sales Manager to develop and maintain major client resources, provide supply chain financial solutions, and drive company business growth. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the supply chain finance industry, be familiar with cross-border e-commerce, import and export trade, and financing platforms, and possess a proven track record in managing large projects successfully.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Client Development and Maintenance:
- Develop new clients, particularly in industries such as electronics, commodities, FMCG and 3C categories.
- Maintain existing client relationships, providing high-quality after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customize supply chain financial solutions for core enterprises and their upstream and downstream clients.
Business Expansion:
- Explore the market to provide financial services such as funding procurement and export tax rebates for brand clients.
- Assist the company in developing new products, closely monitoring market trends and competitors.
Project Management:
- Oversee project inspections and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution.
- Successfully manage large projects, such as cross-border e-commerce and import-export supply chain finance.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure business objectives are met.
- Provide business training and guidance to enhance the overall sales capabilities of the team.
Key Competencies
Skills Requirements:
- Familiar with the business processes and risk control models of supply chain finance.
- Excellent client development, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle complex projects, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Personal Qualities:
- Positive and optimistic, with a good team spirit.
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to handle work pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Associate degree or above, with a preference for majors in finance, trade, logistics, or related fields.
Work Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in supply chain finance, trade, logistics, or related areas.
- Proven experience in large client sales, familiar with cross-border e-commerce, import and export trade, and financing platforms.
- Candidates with resources from core enterprises of electronics, commodities, FMCG and 3C categories, or cross-border e-commerce import/export suppliers.
- Familiarity with supply chain finance in industries such as electronics, commodities, FMCG and 3C categories.
