Sales and CS Executive - Office Furniture [Welcome Fresh Graduates]

Job Description

1. Strong client servicing skills and techniques in pitching to clients our products. Must be strong in speaking in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

2. Educate customers on how to use our products and furnitures and provide value added knowledge to clients. Create demand to our clients that Standing Desk and ergonomic chairs are good for their health.

3. Provide sales support to sales team including handling customer enquiries and follow up sales orders. 

4. Manage documents and filing and handle other clerical duties for the team

5. Provide general support to Sales and Marketing Team & answer customer enquiries.

6. Ensure Shop tidiness and cleaniness

7. Energetic, friendly character and enjoy working as a team.

8. Handle in ad hoc assignments.

9. Weekend duty is required on Saturday and Sunday.

Requirement

School Certificate or above in relevant disciplines. 

2 years of sales work experience
Less experience also welcome.
Good command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
Well organized, detailed minded, responsible, active and smart.
Able to work independently with good communication skills, well organized and willing to learn.
