To support our business growth and strategic development plans, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth for bathroom accessories in Hong Kong and Asia-Pacific markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, consultants, architects, and key accounts to expand market share.
  • Collaborate closely with HQ in Germany and internal teams to align regional strategies with global objectives
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on competitors, customer needs, and emerging trends.
  • Identify new project opportunities, develop business cases, and design strategies for timely market entry.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
  • Prepare sales materials, exhibits, promotional programs, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Establish short- and long-term goals for assigned accounts, ensuring effective execution of account strategies.
  • Travel within the region to meet clients and drive business development efforts.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Assistant Regional Sales Manager Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2–3 years of sales or business development experience (local sales experience acceptable; regional exposure preferred).
    • Strong understanding of structuring sales quotas and revenue expectations.
    • Proven ability to manage sales projects with minimal supervision.
  • Regional Sales Manager Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3–5 years of regional sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets within Hong Kong or Asia-Pacific markets.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to independently manage regional accounts.
  • Shared Qualifications:

    • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Strong understanding of structuring sales quotas and revenue expectations.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within Hong Kong or Asia-Pacific markets.
    • Excellent negotiation, decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
    • Ability to lead group meetings and deliver effective training sessions.
    • Self-motivated individual capable of managing sales projects, business operations, and portfolio presentations with minimal supervision.
    • Exceptional communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and verbal). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
