Senior Event Manager/Event Manager(35K-50K)

Job Responsibilities

• Meet clients to gather information about the client’s objectives, budget and preferences
• Develop detailed project plans and manage projects with tight timelines
• Liaise with all vendors and suppliers and in house team members throughout all phases of the event
• Manage the budget
• Problem solving and ensure the event run smoothly with high quality and comply with safety standards

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Event Management, Marketing or related disciplines;
• Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in events management and project management(處理事前聯絡客戶負責開會統籌安排計劃與 1)大型頒獎典禮, 2) 大型Annual Dinner  3) 大型發佈會  4)  Fun Day)
• Creative, strong marketing sense and responsible;
• Energetic, proactive, passionate and detail-minded;
• A good leader with strong organizational and planning skills;
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese;
• Live with “can do” motto, determine to overcome difficulties and achieve results.
