Digital Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries
• Operate social media and other marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok...)
• Develop influencer marketing by discovering new relevant KOL and creating campaigns
• Report sales performance and the operation of e-commerce channels
• Collaborare with in-house designers for content creation
• Ad hoc tasks and other activities related to Digital Marketing
• Refine holistic social media strategy and create relevant content
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or similar
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to take initiatives, multi-task and work independently
• Detail-focused and proactive
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• English proficiency is mandatory while French or Spanish speaking would be a plus
