Airport Operations Supervisor / Officer

Job Description

• Oversee and monitor all operational requirements set by carriers, ensuring compliance to regulations and a smooth workflow
• Provide high-quality airfreight import and export services
• Manage shipping documentation, including MAWB, ATA Carnet, and CITES related paperwork
• Address and resolve any discrepancies encountered during the shipping process, including CITES Inspections and customs clearance
• Collaborate effectively with relevant parties at the airport terminal (e.g. HACTL, AAT, CPSL) to facilitate daily operational functions

• Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday 9:30-18:30 (with 1 hour lunch break)

• Willingness to work overtime and Holiday duty as needed

Requirements

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above;
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in air forwarder, cargo handling, or airport-related functions is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of air freight forwarding procedures
• Proficient in MS office applications (MS Excel and Word), and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
• Highly organized and detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Airport Operations Officer

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
