Accounting Officer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts receivable, account payable, accounts reconciliation for HK company
• Responsible for checking sales / purchase invoices, verification, data input.
• Responsible for payment and collection cycle including payment processing, staff reimbursement, receivable settlement, bank and sales reconciliation, reconciliation with trade vendors and customers
• Support month-end closing activities, prepare month-end accounts schedules
• Support Ad hoc as assigned

Requirements

• Higher diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, and any related discipline
• 2 years or above solid experience in handling full sets of accounts
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounting officer
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Proficient in MS Excel and Accounting software
• Strong command of both spoken and written Mandarin and English
• Well-organized, proactive and result-oriented
